As a trainee consultant you can expect to be a key component in the following tasks:
- Review candidates received from advertising / referrals.
- Conduct interviews with candidates.
- Obtain job requirements from clients
- Shortlist and present candidate to clients
- Proactively source new clients
- Headhunt prospective candidates
- Collect and utilize market information
The successful individual will have a proven academic background and clear focus on succeeding in a results driven environment. As a character you will be incredibly driven, motivated by success and hard working whilst seeking significant earning potential from day 1. All trainee consultants are provided with a full training package which is specific to meet the needs of each individual, you will be allowed to flourish with the given autonomy alongside the support of an experienced, senior consultant.. Our senior consultants are experts in their field and will give you full training on the recruitment life cycle as well as an understanding of the HR, Procurement or Finance industry.
